Evicgt tenant, questionable dating website, pictures, etc.

We have a tenant that has “very objectionable website complete with pictures, (all body parts,etc) on a dating website. We have family oriented rental houses with very little problems. Some of the tenants have objected to this website and sometimes the frequent visitors to the house. There was one visitor that even kicked the door in and we had to repair. The tenant has not paid rent since Oct. 2020 and got rental assistance, also laid off from work. We have not renewed the lease. We are wanting to know if this is a good reason to evict? The tenant more or less leads a double life. We have raised the rent. The tenant is suppose to be back working but has not turned in proof of employment or check stubs that have been requested.
Just need a little imput.
