My mom died in 2006.  I have 5 siblings.  My mom had a truck that was paid off in the event of her death.  In order for us to get the title for the truck to sell it i need every heir to sign the paperwork, this truck has been sitting behind my house since 2006.  I have one sibling not willing to sign is there any way around this?

What is the value of the truck? It probably boils down to whether the expense to force the issue would be paid by the sales proceeds.

Why on earth would one sibling not sign?
