How do I do an act of donation of my mobile home to my niece?

You should contact a notary to prepare an act of donation. If the trailer is titled with the Dept. of Motor vehicles, you would need to transfer the title as well. If the trailer is part of a parcel of real estate, you should contact a lawyer to prepare the necessary documents.
