A friend of mine got 3 traffic tickets and wants to know what he's facing the Tickets are (1) hit and run *misdemeanor* (2) fail to yeild (3) no insurance. Can anyone help with the min and max as far as what they can do when he goes to court.

It all depends on whether it was city police, parish or??
Various jurisdictions in La vary wildly in the fines,jail time etc for serious violation or even for simple speeding tickets.

Best way to find out would be to call the jurisdiction that the citations were issued in.
