If you do, the Disney police will beat Obama's brown-shirters to the sale and you'll be sued for selling non-licensed Disney products as well.......

My own view:

If you bought a fridg for $900 and end up selling it at a garage sale for $50, you have a $850 loss. You didn't "make" $50. Yet many localities are trying to extort sales taxes on the $50. To hell with them.

If you bought a Minnie Mouse doll, then Disney got his cut already. If you now want to unload the over-priced piece of Chinese junk, that is your right.
